Agreement between Jack Kalvan ("Jack") and the International Jugglers' Association ("IJA").

1) The IJA agrees that Jack will be permitted to make a commercial video ("the video") of the Extreme Juggling Competition ("XJuggling") to be held at the 2006 IJA Festival.

2) Jack will own all rights to the video. It will not be an IJA production, and the IJA will have no editorial control over it.

3) Jack may not videotape any other IJA shows or competitions, but may record interviews and practice sessions at the festival.

4) The IJA will also videotape the XJuggling and parts of the competition may be included in the IJA's videos.

5) Jack will be responsible for collecting video releases from everyone featured in the video.

6) The IJA will provide Jack with a thirty second commercial for the IJA by August 21st, 2006. This will be part of the main program on any DVD of the video and will be included in any public performance or broadcast of the video.

7) The DVD packaging will include the words, "Recorded at the 2006 International Jugglers' Association Festival. For more information on IJA festivals and publications, see http://www.juggle.org/"

8) Jack will provide two copies of the video to the IJA, one to Alan Howard for the IJA archives and one for review in the IJA's official publication.

9) Jack agrees to indemnify the IJA for any legal liability that may arise out of the video.
