CONVENTIONS

 

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy is sponsoring its 3rd Annual Regional Juggling Convention at the Academy on Sunday, 4 March. The convention will start at noon in Rolland Fieldhouse - an indoor track facility which is perfect for juggling: very roomy, welll.ighted, heated, rubber-padded floor, and a 45' ceiling. Unicyclers can use this and/or the basketball courts in the same building. There will be refreshments and plenty of free parking available. MIT CONVENTION

 

Following the success of their November 4, 1978, convention, the MIT Juggling Club' has finalized plans for another mini-convention. It will be held on Saturday, April 7, 1979, from noon to 10 p.m., in the Sala de Puerto Rico, on the second floor of the MIT Student Center. The Center is located across the street from the main entrance of MIT at 77 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA. Everyone is welcome. For further information, Call Dave LeDoux.

 

EUROPEAN CONVENTION

 

The 2nd European IJA Convention, which is to be called the Paul Cinqueval.i Meeting for Jugglers, will be held in the RIO Youth Club, Sf. Mary's Lane, Newport-on-Tay, Fife, Scotland, on the 14th, 15th, and 16th of April, 1979. All persons interested in the Art of Juggling are invited.
