Like tourists in a foreign land, the men, women, boys and girls attending the lJA 47th annual festival lived a new adventure each day. Events and people in the spotlight earned a place in collective memory, much of which will be reported here. But the entire story of major events such as this can never be adequately told, because it is dispersed with each individual who made a new friend, saw a new trick, learned a new skill and bought a new prop.
