May 2-3 - Jackson, Michigan

June 6 - Kutztown, Pennsylvania

The Reading Juggler's Club presents its Eighth Annual June Jugglefest at Kutztown University's Schaeffer Auditorium, rain or shine! Events begin at noon with workshops, open juggling, exhibitors and door prizes. The "Show of Juggling Stars" will be emceed by Jim Stilianos. Contact Dave Bause; Pottstown PA, or Jim Stilianos.

 

July 12-17, 1998 Primm, Nevada

The 51st IJA Annual Festival will be held at the Primadonna Hotel and Casino. Contact festival chair Ginny Rose; Box 218; Montague MA 01351; 413/367-9398.

 

July 17-19, Catalina, California

The 12th Annual Catalina Juggler's Jam will feature juggling, camping, snokelling, kayaking, partying, hiking, etc. The cost will be $60-$75, which covers the campground, ferry ride to the island, firewood, cook­stoves, and more. Contact Steve and Michelle Gerdes.

 

August 3-8, Edinburgh, Scotland

The 1998 European Juggling Convention will be in Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh, and coincide with the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest performing arts festival in Europe and possible the world. It begins the same day as the convention fin­ishes, so festival coordinator Johnny Hopper hopes all jugglers can come and visit Edinburgh for an extended stay. October 9-12, Lodi, California

The 1998 Lodi Juggling Festival will again be held at Micke Grove Park and Zoo
