TRICKS

Here's a ball exchange trick brought to you by Nick Newlin, "The Yipsy Yuggler" you may have met at Renaissance Faires.

Nick Newlin, "The Yipsy Yuggler"

1. Place balls on the arm as shown. From I-r we'll reference them as numbers 1, 2 & 3.

 2. Drop the elbow as you toss 1 & 2 into the air with your hand. 3 drops forward toward your hand.

3. You catch 3 in your hand and look up for number 1 to grab it at the peak of its arc.

4. Grab 1 in your left hand as your right closes around number 3, the ball that began on your forearm.

5. Ball 2 falls back to the hand where it began, as you bring number I down onto your forearm.

 6. Back to the beginning! Nothing has changed except the positions of balls number 1 & 3. Taa-daah!

IF YOU HAVE A TRICK you'd like to share, simply shoot a series of black and white photos and mail it to Juggler's World. Interpretation of the trick is easier for the reader if you use balls of different design or size. Or if you use a cucumber, egg and beach ball...
