The
Back Slide This
trick is not nearly as difficult as it looks. You should have some
success right away, but consistency will take practice. 1)
From a regular cascade, place one club on your head with your right
hand. You should hold the club close to the middle as you do this. 2)
Release the club and bring your right hand back into position to catch
its next club. The club on your head must be placed so that it slowly
falls off the back of your head. 3)
Throw your left-hand club normally, then reach back as shown. Your
fingers point to the right with your palm toward your body. 4) The club will slide down between your body and your hand and, with practice, will spin right into your palm. Then you just continue your cascade! -

Ball Moves Do
the usual cascade and catch one ball on your elbow. Let the ball roll
down your arm, over the back of your hand and back into the juggle. A
tricky move with a novel effect is to work the usual cascade, throw two
balls high and pass the other ball from hand to hand
above the head (don't throw it) and resume juggling. The two balls are
thrown alternately in the regular cascade rhythm. Juggling three balls with your hands crossed is effective and quite easy. |
