IJA Board Meeting - July 25, 2000

Motion by Braidy: To appoint Norman Schneiderman to fill the remaining term of Walter Szeezil. This opening was created with Walter offering his resignation of his poitition on the board. The appointment of Norman Schneiderman shall be made immediately following the passing of this motion.
Seconded by Bud
Vote: Unanimous in favor

Norman submitted his resignation as CAO and accepted the position on the board.

Motion by Braidy: To hire Walter Szeezil as Chief Adminsitrative Officer (CAO) for the next term/year. This position would carry the same amenities as was paid in the past. The Chairman will accept Norman Schneiderman's resignation and hire Walter Szeezil on the passing of this motion.

Vote: Unanimous in favor

Walter did not accept the position.
