1. CALL TO ORDER: David Davis called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. Eastern time.

3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Agenda approved by unanimous consent.

4. PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the October 13, 2005 meeting approved by unanimous consent.

5. REPORTS

5A. JUGGLE Contract - Stan Allen...Staying at present numbers and not being able to expand advertising within the magazine is causing us to move out of break-even category. Discussed various ways to give members more through the magazine including packaging with a DVD/CD intermitently. Stan asked us to ponder the question, "What do we want to be?"

5B. 2005 Festival DVD Report - Joyce Howard...DVDs pre-ordered were mailed on Monday, November 14 from the replicator and should be hitting mailboxes any day. Over 400 mailed directly. We have already sold more DVDs for this fest than we did throughout the past year.

5C. 2006 Festival Report - Katje Sabin (as reported by Dave Davis)...Haven't signed contract yet due to some issues still being resolved. Some hotel contracts signed. Ads to run for the 2006 IJA fest in Kascade. Bill Giduz cannot serve as joggling director. Volunteer needed to fill this position. Jack Kalvin has offered to direct the prop competition.

5D. Job Descriptions - Joyce Howard...Joyce is resigning from Merchandising Director position as of January 1, 2006. A draft of all various IJA job descriptions is now online. She asked if those holding various positions would complete their job descriptions to be posted on the web site. Board was directed to peruse the job descriptions before the next meeting.

5E. Education Update - Kim Laird...Kim has seven lesson plans in various subject ares including Math, Science, Guidance, English, etc. which she is currently aligning to national standards as well as standards from Pennsylvania, Texas, and California. Discussion ensued about publishing lesson plans in JUGGLE Magazine to attract teachers/schools as well as publishing the lesson plans on the website.

7A. Mentoring Plan
The board wishes to Thank Steven Ragatz for his work on putting together a Mentoring plan. This plan has our full support.
