IJA Board Meeting - Tuesday, June 25, 2002

Called to order at 10:07pm ADT

Absent: Katje Sabin, Board Member

Minutes: The amended minutes from the May 28, 2002, were approved.

Board enters closed session:

A member's withdrawal of his proposal was discussed.

Closed session ends.

The following motion was made by Martin and seconded by Paul:

Early seating will be provided at the Reading Festival to one show to a donor for a donation of at least $250 per person, or for the week for a donation of at least $1000 per person. No seat saving will be allowed. This opportunity will be made publicly known prior to the festival.

For: Paul, Art, Andy, Martin, Bill, Todd, Katje (by proxy through Martin)

Abstain: Ben

Opposed: none

Motion passed.
