Special Board Meeting of the IJA - April 2, 2003(Times are minutes:seconds from beginning of recording.) PURPOSE OF MEETING: (1) Directors and Other IJA Officials (2) Benefits of Membership 06:40 - Paul states that Stan has expressed an interest in being on the call. Discussion. 10:00 - There are continuing problems, persisting through out the call, with various directors being unable to hear others well, or be heard well. 16:30 - An Accuconference person, David, joins the call. 22:53 - David, Accuconference person, is unable to help, tells us the call will be free. 37:00 - Paul calls the meeting to order. Roll call. 38:45 - Ben moves that Stan Allen shall join the conference call until such time as the Board wishes otherwise. 39:25 - Paul seconds. Jaye - skip, Dave - yes, Andy -yes, Bill - no, Ben - yes, Scott - abstain, Paul - yes. 41:00 - Jaye cant hear well enough to finish her vote. 43:30 - Paul rules that the motion is passed. Bill objects. 47:00 - Stan joins the call. 50:00 - Discussion regarding statements of candidacy and related issues. 133:00 - Norman has to leave to make an appointment. 143:15 - Bill moves to adjourn, Paul seconds. Jaye - yes, Dave - skip, Andy - abstain, Bill - yes, Ben - no, Scott - abstain, Paul - yes, Dave - no. 144:30 - Meeting is adjourned. |
