2. ROLL Present: Kim Laird, chair; Sandy Brown, Don Lewis, Jerry Martin, Jim Maxwell, Bob Neuman, Will Penman (board members); Chuck Hawley (Recording Secretary). John Satriano (Festival Director), Holly Greeley (Treasurer) Trea, Andrew Conway (Board Nominee) Martin Frost (Communications Director)
Absent: None

3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Agenda approved by unanimous consent.

4. PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the March 21, 2007 meeting passed by unanimous consent.

5. REPORTS
Festivals (John Satriano) - John is working on performer travel arrangements. New German club passing act is coming to the festival- Get the Shoe. Cirque du Soleil is donating an act for the Cascade of Stars. There is discussion on whether or not there should be a Renegade show on Saturday night.

Finances (Holly Greeley) - First quarter financials have gone out to the board. We need an inventory and value of the archives in case of audit. We need to keep track of when the festival registrations for future income predictions. We need to upgrade our version of QuickBooks.

Membership (Jim Maxwell) - Current membership number= 1705. This is down by 15 from last month. Some people have not received their Spring Issue of Juggle. Sandy is sending another issue to those who have requested it. A couple of people have renewed their memberships so that they can receive JuggleVision.

Store (Sandy Brown) -Martin reports that not all orders are being recorded in the store. There are also a lot of unsold carts in the store. We are not really sure why this is happening. Martin's fear is that we may be losing members because the store is not recording. Its probably a good idea to get the osCommerce software updated.

e-Newsletter (Don Lewis) -Not much feedback but it has been successful in getting out to members. Next newsletter is to go out in May.

Member Survey (Kim Laird) - see attachment A. There has been a lot of discussion on this within the forum.
There is a concern that the survey could get too long and when it should come out. Discussion about this will continue in the forum.

Affiliates (Jerry Martin) -none

WJD (Don Higgins) -none
