IJA Board Meeting - July 14, 2009

1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Chuck Hawley called the meeting to order at 1:36 p.m. EDT.

2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chuck Hawley, Chair; Kim Laird, Richard Kennison, John Satriano Kevin Axtell, (Board Members)
Absent: Ken Farris and Anthony Shave (Board Members).

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chuck Hawley moved to approve the minutes from June 17, 2009.
Minutes were approved

4. NEW BUSINESS
4a. Chuck Hawley moved to approve Marilyn Sullivan as Chief Teller.
The motion passed by unanimous consent.

4a. Chuck Hawley moved to approve Kelly Chase as temporary recording secretary for the annual meeting.
The motion passed by unanimous consent.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Chuck Hawley moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:37 p.m. EDT.
