Call to Order

The regular meeting of the IJA board was called to order on Wednesday, July 20th 2005 at 3:45pm in the Davenport RiverCenter. In attendance were Dave Davis, Tim Furst, Joyce Howard, Kim Laird, Jerry Martin, Jim Maxwell, and Bob Neuman.

Agenda

The meeting agenda was adopted.

Minutes Approval

The board tabled approval of the minutes of the June 22nd 2005 IJA Board meeting because we didn't have them on hand.

New Business

A motion was proposed by Bob Neuman that Dave Davis be appointed Chairman of the Board. Motion passed by unanimous consent.

A motion was proposed by Jim Maxwell that all current officers remain in office until the board appoints or reappoints successors. Motion carried.

The next board meeting will be held on Thursday, August 18th at 8:00pm Eastern Daylight time.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 4:01pm.
