Vendor Space

VENDOR REGISTRATION CLOSED JUNE 15. FOR VENDOR ENQUIRIES AND INFORMATION, CONTACT VENDOR COORDINATOR AT

All vendors who have purchased display advertising in any 2010 or 2011 issue of JUGGLE Magazine will be given a basic vendor table space FREE at the 2011 festival! 

Two eight-foot folding display tables, skirted and covered, and two side chairs will be provided to all 2010 and 2011 JUGGLE display advertisers with their vendor space order if received before June 15, 2011.

If you have not advertised in JUGGLE during 2010 or 2011 prior to the festival, you can purchase vendor space on an as-available basis. A basic vendor space package includes two eight-foot folding display tables, skirted and covered, and two side chairs. The price for non-advertisers is $150, payable in advance with your order.

Additional vendor space for all vendors is offered at IJA’s cost: $60 for a 120 Volt AC four-outlet electrical service box, and additional eight-foot skirted tables at $40 each. All vendors receive free, unlimited Wi-Fi inside the Mayo Civic Center, and booth space along the walls of the main Exhibit Hall juggling space right in the middle of the action all week.

All vendor space reservations are first-come, first-served, and all vendor reservations must be made before June 15, 2011. 

VENDOR SPACE WILL NOT BE SOLD ON-SITE AT THE FESTIVAL. You must order your vendor space in advance.
